this is not first come first serve! instead, this will be done as an application process through google forms, and i will pick what i feel most comfortable and confident in drawing
please understand that i have the right to refuse your commission for any reason. if your request isn't against my guidelines, then i am just not confident in being able to do it
i will require visual references for your requested character(s). i will not be able to work off of text-only descriptions. extra text in addition to your visual references is accepted
please be aware that you're only receiving a digital file of the artwork, and that no shipment or physical item is involved
understand that the piece you are receiving will only be for personal use. this will not be for commercial use
you are not allowed to use my work for NFTs, anything relating to cryptocurrency/blockchains, AI art generation, or database model or training
About Payment
all prices in $USD

i will use invoices. i added the prices to the google form for convenience as well, but i will go over the math with you before proceeding too
i will ask that you pay 50% up front, before i begin
will not do refunds once the piece reaches the coloring stage
however, if there's any reason i can't complete your piece after accepting it, i'll let you know and refund you
Other Information
general starting canvas size is A4 paper size, for anything larger than bust shots
will not be doing rush commissions or anything needing a deadline
i will allow up to 3 minor revisions to the artwork after its completion
you're welcome to use the piece you've commissioned for personal use and repost as much as you like! i only ask that you credit me
